With nearly 20 years in wealth management and financial planning, Tatiana has dedicated her career to supporting high-net-worth individuals and families in achieving financial independence.
Throughout her career, Tatiana has seen firsthand how the financial industry, largely designed by men for men, often overlooks the unique needs of women. As someone who has navigated divorce and achieved financial independence, she is passionate about providing holistic empowerment and planning that goes beyond traditional financial advice. Tatiana believes that her personalized approach can make a meaningful difference in the lives of women, helping them feel truly secure and empowered.
Inspired by her own experience with divorce, Tatiana founded Hera Financial. Her mission at Hera Financial is to create a supportive safe space for women to navigate significant life changes, ensuring they emerge not only financially secure but also confident in their futures.
Tatiana’s journey began with roles at Citigroup and Raymond James, including 17 years at a prominent high-to-ultra-high-net-worth NYC boutique family office where she honed her expertise in comprehensive wealth management.
Outside of work, Tatiana is a mother to two teenage sons, enjoys classical piano, tennis, and supports the arts. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, she brings a personal, global perspective to her practice, aiming to make a meaningful difference for her clients.
